BUCHI Sepacore® breaks up limits in Flash Chromatography.
If high back pressure makes a separation in flash chromatography difficult, for example by running reversed phase chromatography applications, Sepacore breaks up the limits with its extended pressure range up to 10bar/145 psi or 50 bar / 725 psi.
Rapid, automated changes between reversed phase and normal phase applications become possible due to the ingenious software and high system flexibility of Sepacore.
